Customer support position for a small, yet busy online store.

Position requires responding in real time to technical questions regarding fitness equipment.

Must be able to read and interpret diagrams.

Answering order and shipping questions, placing and tracking orders, handling customer complaints and finalizing sales.

Heavy phone work and intermediate computer skills.

Outside Sales

Soaring Spirit Ministries, a successful not for profit ministering to the needs of those in prison, is launching a new staffing organization to help place ex-offenders into full time work environments.  We are seeking an experienced sales professional to help launch and grow this new venture.  The successful candidate must have: 

  • Minimum 2 years sales experience business to business
  • Must be willing to go into difficult circumstances to attract new clients
  • Must support faith based mission
  • Must be willing to cold call and do drop-ins
  • Must have successfully built a territory
  • Must have compassionate attitude about people they are placing

Bilingual Service Tech Rep

Company currently has an opening for a Bilingual Tech Service Rep (in an office environment).

1. Takes phone calls and responds to email in order to investigate and resolve Company equipment problems. All calls are to be logged using the Company clientele software.
2. Troubleshoots service calls over the phone to diagnose problems and provide solutions verbally or provide technical information via email.
3. Answers questions from technicians and/or end users to guide them through technical procedures or operational functions.
4. Maintain, review and update technical manuals and service bulletins for Latin America and Caribbean.
5. Translation Assistance with technical manuals and service invoices required.
6. Dispatches authorized service teams to the customer’s site as needed.
7. Performs ASA performance reviews of service agencies.
8. Share in the interview and appointment process of new Authorizes Service Agencies.
9. Attends service department meetings weekly in order to provide information as to service call trends and problems.
10. Provides support to co-workers and service teams on calls.
11. Training on all Company equipment shipped into Latin America and Caribbean is expected.
12. Typically works a minimum of a 40-hour workweek.
13. Must have a valid US passport or applicable visa in order to travel to Latin America and Caribbean to hold training courses and/or support approved service agencies.

Experience in dealing with Freight is mandatory. Experience with Microsoft Excel a must; experience with Microsoft Word preferred.

Experience: 3 years experience. HVAC experience helpful. High school graduate or equivalent.
