We thoroughly screen each candidate through our extensive, proven, pre-qualification process to ensure they meet both technical/industrial and business requirements for your open positions. In the screening process, St. Louis Staffing evaluates candidates’ capabilities based upon thoroughly understanding and communicating client requirements. We carefully evaluate: education level, skills and level of expertise, professional experience and job history, training taken, technical interview and testing results (if necessary), drug testing and background checks, and personal impressions from interviews with our Recruiters and Staffing Consultants.
